Kelley Farrow joined HHM CPAs in 2021 as the Recruiting Director. With over 20 years experience in human resources and recruiting, Kelley will help grow the firm by identifying then securing experienced talent.
Prior to joining HHM CPAs, Kelley worked in the HR and recruiting field placing professionals in healthcare, manufacturing, accounting, and administrative roles. She was most recently an executive recruiter at a large CPA firm and the Training & Development Manager for a local government.
Kelley loves working with people and helping them get to where they want to be. "As a recruiter and HR leader, the best success is seeing a new hire grow with a company and move up the career ladder making a clear contribution to the success of the company," says Kelley.
Outside of the office, Kelley loves to be on the water - preferably poolside or floating the river with her family.
